How do I make a purchase?

Shopping at QQ Market Place is easy:

In Shop View

To add items to your cart, simply click on “Add to Cart” for the item you wish to purchase.

You can continue shopping by adding more items to your cart.

To remove an item, click on “X”, located on the right top corner above the Search box.

To make changes to your cart, go to “View Cart”.

If you have confirmed your order, you can go straight to “Checkout”.

In View Cart

To change the quantity of items, change the number in the box under the “Quantity” column & “Update Cart”.

‘Apply Coupon’ if you have, the total price will be updated to reflect the final price after the coupon discount.

Once you are ready to make payment, click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’

All boxes must be fill in all to complete and be able to process your order.

 

Important Note:

Should the products be shipped to a different destination, “Ship to a different address” must be filled in.

Enter your preferred payment method.

Tick the “I’ve read and accept the “Terms & Conditions” box and Click “Place Order”
You will receive a confirmation on screen immediately after you have placed your order.

An “Order Received” confirmation will be generated with all the details of your order.

What and where is my order confirmation number?

The order confirmation number will be shown on e-confirmation onscreen.

How long does it take to confirm my order?

Orders are confirmed once payments have been processed.

Can I amend my order after it has been confirmed and paid for?
